The Four Elements

Basically you have some wild horses who have been passed down the gene of 1-2 elements.(Fire, water, wind, and earth) They must strive and live through the harsh winter ahead of them. Being in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado it can be even harder. Land slides, avalanches, predators, and even the horse itself can be a threat. Some horses will use their powers for good, others for bad.

Rules-
No cursing or chat speak.
Very little romance. (not descriptive)
Mild violence is allowed. (not descriptive)
Add details to your writing.
You may have up to 4 characters including foals. You MUST keep up with all of your characters.
No unrealistic coloring on your horse.
Try to keep the genders even, please.
No power playing.
You may only be able to control 1-2 elements.
If you insist on your mare being bred you must wait atleast one page.
Don't make yourself the center of attention.

Trouble galloped across the rocky terrain towards the watering hole. He knew he could lose the cougar there. It had been chasing him for what seemed like forever. He could hear it growling and panting behind him. He could see the pond right ahead. He burst into a full run and soon felt the cool water brushing against his legs. Trouble swam until he couldn't reach the bottom of the pond. The cougar prowled along the bank but gave up after a few minutes and bounded off into the woods. Trouble swam and exited the pond on the other side. He wasn't going to get chased again. Trouble knew where he was and he knew there was a heavenly grazing spot a ways through the woods. He gave a small sigh and started towards the field.

Lion was lost. she had been wondering in circles for hours now and was still no where nearer finding her way out of the forest. snorting softly is surprise she came face to tail with another horse. backing up slightly she set out a soft nicker "hello there!"
